Deliverable 7.10: Croatian Sub-report on National Methods

This deliverable, developed by the Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar (EIHP), explores the current state of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and whole life carbon (WLC) in Croatia’s building sector. While WLC assessment remains voluntary and no national methodology or database is yet in place, the report outlines a practical starting point for implementation. It highlights key gaps in data and standardisation, while supporting the development of a national framework aligned with the EU’s Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
