Development of the WLC Baseline for Buildings in Spain

This report by the Green Building Council España (GBCe), developed under the INDICATE Pilot project, outlines the approach to establishing a national baseline for whole life carbon in new residential and office buildings in Spain. It summarises the development of an open and transparent LCA methodology, presents key findings from synthetic and real case studies, and highlights recommendations for a harmonised national approach to support Spain’s decarbonisation roadmap.
