Deliverable 7.17: Croatian Sub-report on Stakeholder Mobilisation Capacities

This deliverable documents the stakeholder mobilisation process undertaken by the Croatian national consortium consisting of GBC Croatia, Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar, and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb within the INDICATE LIFE project. It describes how a deliberately structured engagement process brought together the construction industry, design professions, academia, and public sector representatives around a shared understanding of whole life carbon (WLC) assessment and its national implications.
