Deliverable 7.26: Italian Sub-report on Stakeholder Mobilisation Capacities

This deliverable led by ENEA explores the current state of whole life carbon (WLC) assessment in Italy, highlighting recent progress, remaining barriers and opportunities for wider implementation. It outlines how INDICATE LIFE is supporting the development of a national methodology and building-level benchmarks to help advance WLC measurement and support implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
