Deliverable 7.35: Luxembourgish Sub-report on Stakeholder Mobilisation Capacities

This deliverable presents the stakeholder mobilisation and engagement activities carried out in Luxembourg within the INDICATE LIFE project. The objective of these activities is to ensure that the development of whole life carbon (WLC) data, benchmarks and future regulatory frameworks is grounded in market realities and supported by key actors across the construction value chain.
