Deliverable 7.7: Austrian Guidelines on Practical Implementation of WLC Measurement and Disclosure

This report examines Austria’s readiness to implement whole life carbon (WLC) requirements under the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), using 67 building case studies to establish national benchmarks, identify key emissions hotspots, and recommend a harmonised framework and roadmap for WLC reporting and future carbon limits.
