Deliverable 7.25: Italian guidelines on the practical implementation of WLC measurement and disclosure

This report examines how Italy can implement whole life carbon (WLC) assessment and disclosure under the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), drawing on 50 building case studies to provide practical guidance on national benchmarks, assessment methodologies, policy measures, and stakeholder engagement.
